- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cups frozen French fries
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the French fries package instructions.
- Cook fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced steak, onion, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and top with the steak mixture.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese over the top and return to the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
