Description

Indulge in these hearty Philly Steak Cheese Fries, featuring crispy fries topped with tender ribeye steak, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and gooey provolone cheese. Perfect for game day or a satisfying dinner!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cups frozen French fries
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven according to the French fries package instructions.
  • Cook fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced steak, onion, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
  • Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and top with the steak mixture.
  • Sprinkle provolone cheese over the top and return to the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños to the steak mixture.
