- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cheese and seal the edges.
- Arrange the sealed biscuit balls on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush the mixture over each biscuit ball.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
