Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a quick and cheesy treat that’s perfect for parties or as a delicious snack. Fluffy biscuit dough surrounds gooey mozzarella, all topped with a flavorful garlic butter mix.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cheese and seal the edges.
  • Arrange the sealed biscuit balls on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush the mixture over each biscuit ball.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.

Notes

Serve warm for the best gooey texture. These pairs well with marinara sauce for dipping!
