Description

These cheesy garlic butter bombs are easy to make and bursting with flavor. Perfect as an appetizer or snack, they’re a crowd-pleaser that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  • Place the filled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuits.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
