- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Place the filled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuits.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
