Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken, sweet pineapple, and colorful bell peppers, all tossed in a savory sauce and served over fluffy rice. A quick and easy meal with a tropical twist!


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil and cook cubed chicken until golden brown. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add pineapple chunks and bell pepper, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  • Stir in soy sauce and honey, cooking until heated through.
  • Serve over cooked rice.

For added flavor, consider garnishing with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
