- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz whipped topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the crust.
- Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with whipped topping and spread it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
