Description

These elegant Pink Chocolate Strawberries with White Chocolate Drizzle are a perfect treat for special occasions. Sweet, juicy strawberries are dipped in smooth pink chocolate and topped with a delicate white chocolate drizzle, making them a beautiful and indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Strawberries:

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries (choose large, firm strawberries with their green tops intact)
  • 8 ounces pink candy melts (or white chocolate dyed pink with food coloring)

For the Drizzle:

  • 4 ounces white chocolate (high-quality, for melting)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for a smoother drizzle)

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, making sure to keep the green tops intact.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the pink candy melts (or white chocolate dyed pink with food coloring) according to the package instructions. Stir until smooth.
  • Hold each strawberry by the green top and dip it into the melted pink chocolate, swirling to coat about two-thirds of the strawberry. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray to cool and harden. You can refrigerate them for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.
  • While the strawberries are cooling, melt the white chocolate for the drizzle. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted. Add the coconut oil, if using, to achieve a smoother drizzle.
  • Once the strawberries are set, use a spoon or a piping bag to drizzle the melted white chocolate over the pink-coated strawberries in a decorative pattern.
  • Allow the drizzle to set before serving. Refrigerate if needed to speed up the process.

Notes

  • If you don’t have pink candy melts, you can use white chocolate and add a few drops of food coloring to achieve the pink color.
  • For a festive touch, you can add sprinkles or edible glitter on top of the chocolate drizzle.
  • These strawberries are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
