Description

A fun and cheesy twist on classic monkey bread, filled with savory pizza toppings and perfect for sharing!


Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

For the Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

For Dipping:

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  • Prepare Dough: Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large bowl.
  • Coat Dough: Pour melted butter over the dough pieces and toss to coat.
  • Add Fillings: Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, sausage, olives, bell pepper, and onion to the bowl. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Season: In a small bowl, mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle over the dough mixture and toss to combine.
  • Layer in Bundt Pan: Layer the dough mixture evenly in the prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread is cooked through.
  • Cool and Invert: Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate.
  • Serve: Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes or serve with a spicy marinara.
