- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or a large oven-safe dish.
- Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the biscuit dough pieces, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and mini pepperoni slices.
- Mix Seasoning: In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Drizzle the seasoned olive oil over the biscuit mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake: Pour the dough mixture into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the monkey bread is golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before turning it out onto a serving plate. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
