Ingredients
Flour Coating:

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon seasoning salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings:

2–3 large eggs

2 cups crushed potato chips (low salt if preferred)

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, seasoning salt, paprika, and black pepper.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

Place crushed potato chips in another shallow dish.

Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture.

Dip floured chicken into the eggs.
