  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, melted butter, egg, and milk.
  • Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
