Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together all pumpkin filling ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, mix the crisp topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over the pumpkin filling.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until topping is golden and filling is set.
- Cool slightly before serving, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
