Description

Indulge in this creamy and delicious Pumpkin Fudge, blending the rich flavors of white chocolate with pumpkin puree and warm spices. A perfect treat for fall!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  • Line the Pan:
    Line an 8×8 inch pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
  • Prepare the Milk:
    Stir the sweetened condensed milk to prevent separation.
  • Melt the Chocolate:
    Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Alternatively, microwave the mixture, starting with 1 minute at half power, stirring well, and continuing in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Mix in the Flavor:
    Stir in the pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until well combined.
  • Pour & Chill:
    Pour the mixture into the lined pan and smooth the top with a spatula if needed.
  • Set the Fudge:
    Refrigerate for at least four hours to allow the fudge to set. Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

For added texture, consider folding in chopped nuts or white chocolate chunks before chilling.
