Description

This creamy, layered dessert combines the flavors of pumpkin and spices with a delightful graham cracker crust. It’s a perfect no-bake treat for fall gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz whipped topping
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
  • In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 8 oz of whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  • In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider garnishing with crushed graham crackers or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving.
