- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz whipped topping
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 8 oz of whipped topping. Spread over crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider garnishing with crushed graham crackers or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving.
