- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides for 3-4 minutes each, then remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
