- 1 pack of ready-made tart shells
- 1 cup white chocolate (melted)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon the melted white chocolate into each tart shell, filling them about halfway.
- Carefully add fresh raspberries on top of the white chocolate.
- Generously top with whipped cream and garnish with additional raspberries.
