Description

Indulge in these delightful Raspberry & White Chocolate Tartlets, featuring a crisp tart shell filled with creamy white chocolate and topped with fresh raspberries and fluffy whipped cream. A perfect dessert for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of ready-made tart shells
  • 1 cup white chocolate (melted)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Spoon the melted white chocolate into each tart shell, filling them about halfway.
  • Carefully add fresh raspberries on top of the white chocolate.
  • Generously top with whipped cream and garnish with additional raspberries.

Notes

For added flavor, you can drizzle some melted white chocolate over the top before serving.
