- 1 lb cheese ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes until softened.
- Toss the cooked ravioli in the pan with the vegetables, adding fresh basil and grated Parmesan before serving.
Notes
For a bit of spice, add red pepper flakes.
