- 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- Red food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheesecake is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bite-sized squares and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Notes
- For a more intense red color, you can add more food coloring to the cheesecake mixture.
- You can use a double boiler or microwave to melt the white chocolate chips before drizzling.
