Description

These indulgent red velvet cheesecake bites feature a creamy, velvety cheesecake filling over a crunchy Oreo crust, all topped with a drizzle of white chocolate. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • Red food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring until well combined.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheesecake is set.
  • Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut into bite-sized squares and drizzle with melted white chocolate.

Notes

  • For a more intense red color, you can add more food coloring to the cheesecake mixture.
  • You can use a double boiler or microwave to melt the white chocolate chips before drizzling.
