- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the prepared crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- You can garnish the cheesecake with extra lime zest or lime slices for added decoration.
- If you don’t have a springform pan, a regular pie dish will work just fine.
- To make the crust more flavorful, try adding a pinch of cinnamon or a tablespoon of shredded coconut.
