This tangy and creamy lime mousse cheesecake is the perfect summer dessert. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a luscious lime-flavored filling, it’s refreshing, smooth, and easy to make—no baking required!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the prepared crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can garnish the cheesecake with extra lime zest or lime slices for added decoration.
  • If you don’t have a springform pan, a regular pie dish will work just fine.
  • To make the crust more flavorful, try adding a pinch of cinnamon or a tablespoon of shredded coconut.
