- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (if you prefer a baked cheesecake, otherwise, skip this step).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Pour the lime cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with lime slices or zest if desired.

For an extra touch, consider adding a lime glaze or whipped cream on top before serving.
