- 1 loaf rye bread
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup chopped corned beef
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- Rye bread cubes, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the rye bread loaf and hollow out the center to create a bread bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, Thousand Island dressing, and caraway seeds.
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl.
- Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and the bread is toasted.
- Serve hot with rye bread cubes for dipping.
