Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and water until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle the creamy tahini sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
