- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions

- Drain and flake the salmon in a large mixing bowl, removing any bones and skin.
- Mix Ingredients:
- Add the eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the salmon.
- Combine:
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

- Shape the mixture into 6-8 patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.
