  • 2 cans (about 14.75 ounces each) of salmon, bones and skin removed, drained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the Salmon:
    • Drain and flake the salmon in a large mixing bowl, removing any bones and skin.
  • Mix Ingredients:
    • Add the eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the salmon.
  • Combine:
    • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Form the Patties:
    • Shape the mixture into 6-8 patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.
  • Cook the Patties:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve:
    • Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with a side of leafy greens or keto-friendly dipping sauce.
