Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • Stir in the flour until well combined.
  • Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the sausage gravy mixture to a baking dish.
  • Place the biscuits on top of the sausage gravy mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Notes
