- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the flour until well combined.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the sausage gravy mixture to a baking dish.
- Place the biscuits on top of the sausage gravy mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
