- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped turkey sausage.
- Heat a non-stick mini muffin pan and lightly grease with cooking spray.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
