Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and caraway seeds until well combined.

    • Layer half of the corned beef in a baking dish.
    • Top with half of the drained sauerkraut.
