This Savory Turkey and Cranberry Crescent Ring is the perfect holiday-inspired dish, combining tender turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and creamy mozzarella cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough. With a crunchy touch from pecans and fresh parsley, this savory ring is a delicious and festive treat!

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Arrange the triangles on the baking sheet with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the points facing outward.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the wide ends of the crescent dough. Top with shredded turkey, mozzarella cheese, parsley, and pecans.
  • Fold the pointed ends of the crescent dough over the filling and tuck under the wide ends to form a ring.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.
