Description

This vibrant Seven-Layer Taco Salad combines layers of seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and creamy toppings, making it a perfect dish for gatherings or a family meal. It’s delicious, colorful, and easy to serve!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning mix according to package instructions. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large serving dish or bowl, layer the following ingredients in order: beef mixture, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and salsa until well combined. Spread this mixture over the cheese layer.
  • Garnish with sliced black olives and avocado if desired.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
