  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 limes, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the fajita seasoning until evenly coated.
