- 1 lb ground beef or lamb
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with frozen tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy. Sprinkle cheese on top during the last 5 minutes if desired.
