- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ears corn, each cut into 4 pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, and smoked sausage.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Divide the mixture evenly among 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Fold the foil over the mixture and seal tightly to form packets.
- Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Carefully open the foil packets and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add lemon slices or garlic to the foil packets before sealing.
