A flavorful and easy-to-make grilled dish that combines succulent shrimp, sweet corn, tender potatoes, and smoky sausage, all seasoned with Old Bay and wrapped in foil for a convenient, no-fuss meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ears corn, each cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, and smoked sausage.
  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  • Fold the foil over the mixture and seal tightly to form packets.
  • Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  • Carefully open the foil packets and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add lemon slices or garlic to the foil packets before sealing.
  • Ensure the potatoes are halved to cook evenly with the shrimp and sausage.
