- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season shrimp with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook shrimp in the skillet until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble wraps by layering lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, shrimp, sour cream, and salsa on each tortilla.
- Roll up tightly and serve.
