Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Season shrimp with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook shrimp in the skillet until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  • Assemble wraps by layering lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, shrimp, sour cream, and salsa on each tortilla.
  • Roll up tightly and serve.
