- 1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions and drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring until it thickens. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
