- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, soy sauce, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 1-2 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Add the potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the soy sauce and vinegar to your taste if you prefer a stronger or milder flavor.
- You can add more vegetables, like peas or green beans, for additional flavor and texture.
