- 1 packet fajita seasoning

Instructions
- Cook the steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the flank steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.
- Cook the vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Slice the steak: Slice the rested flank steak thinly against the grain.
- Combine steak and vegetables: Add the sliced steak back into the skillet with the cooked vegetables. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the steak and vegetables, stirring to combine and coat evenly.
