Sliced Baked Potatoes are a crispy and flavorful side dish, seasoned with garlic, rosemary, and paprika. Perfectly baked until golden, these potatoes are a delicious addition to any meal.

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds, leaving the skins on.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the potatoes during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to your taste. For extra crispiness, make sure the potato slices are not overcrowded on the baking sheet.
