1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
2 tbsp minced garlic
-
Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
-
Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
-
Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker.
-
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
-
Lay the chicken on top of the potatoes.
-
Spread the minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
-
Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to coat the chicken thoroughly.
-
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
-
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover and let it melt.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs if desired.
Notes
-
You can substitute chicken thighs for a juicier texture.
-
Add broccoli or green beans during the last hour of cooking for a complete one-pot meal.
- Adjust sauce amount to your spice preference—Garlic Parmesan is flavorful but mild.
