Description

This hearty and flavorful slow cooker meal features tender chicken breasts and perfectly seasoned potatoes smothered in Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep, it’s a comforting, cheesy dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts

  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to season potatoes)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker.

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

  • Lay the chicken on top of the potatoes.

  • Spread the minced garlic evenly over the chicken.

  • Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to coat the chicken thoroughly.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.

  • In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover and let it melt.

  • Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken thighs for a juicier texture.

  • Add broccoli or green beans during the last hour of cooking for a complete one-pot meal.

  • Adjust sauce amount to your spice preference—Garlic Parmesan is flavorful but mild.
