Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  • Place beef, bell peppers, and onion in the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, tomato paste, garlic, black pepper, and sugar. Pour over the beef and vegetables.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the beef is tender. Serve with rice.
