- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Place beef, bell peppers, and onion in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, tomato paste, garlic, black pepper, and sugar. Pour over the beef and vegetables.
