Description

Creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor, this Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip is the perfect appetizer for any party or gathering. Made with fresh spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and mozzarella, it’s warm, comforting, and easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook the fresh spinach over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain any excess liquid and chop the spinach.
  • In a slow cooker, combine the cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is warm and the cheese is melted and creamy.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.

Notes

  • For a thicker dip, you can add more cream cheese or mozzarella cheese.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before reheating in the slow cooker.
