- 8 oz fresh spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the fresh spinach over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain any excess liquid and chop the spinach.
- In a slow cooker, combine the cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is warm and the cheese is melted and creamy.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
Notes
- For a thicker dip, you can add more cream cheese or mozzarella cheese.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before reheating in the slow cooker.
