- 10 large marshmallows
- 4 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate
- 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the marshmallows for about 20 seconds, until soft and gooey.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies until fully combined, then press the mixture onto a greased parchment sheet to form a rectangle.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top, then sprinkle with the crushed graham crackers.
- Carefully roll the mixture tightly, using the parchment paper to help. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up before slicing.
Notes
For added flavor, you can drizzle extra melted chocolate on top before serving!
