Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • Salted caramel sauce for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Before serving, drizzle with salted caramel sauce and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a smoother cheesecake, be sure to beat the cream cheese and sugar until very smooth before adding the eggs.
  • This cheesecake can be topped with extra Snickers pieces or whipped cream for an even richer treat.
