These Snowballs Coconut Fudge Truffles are a creamy, coconut-filled treat covered in smooth white chocolate. Perfect for holiday gifts or a festive dessert, these truffles are sure to delight with every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place the balls back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
