- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine apple cider, melted butter, and egg, mixing until smooth.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined, then pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Brush the top of the loaf with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
