- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar and oil until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
