- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Cook the vegetables: Add the diced onion and jalapeno, and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Make the dip: Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, black beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
