  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  • Spread the potato and sausage mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the mix for extra flavor.
