- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix together spinach, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread spinach mixture over puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
- Roll up the pastry tightly and seal the edges.
- Brush the pastry with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
