- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Cook the Steak:
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh thyme or rosemary if using.

- Prepare the Chips:
