- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak to desired doneness, then set aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Divide the steak among the hoagie rolls.
- Top with sautéed onions and bell peppers, then add a slice of provolone cheese.
- Place the sandwiches under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
