Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  • Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the steak to desired doneness, then set aside to rest.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender.
  • Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  • Divide the steak among the hoagie rolls.
  • Top with sautéed onions and bell peppers, then add a slice of provolone cheese.
  • Place the sandwiches under the broiler until the cheese is melted.
