Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Additional whipped cream and strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
