Description

Delight in these light and airy Strawberries & Cream Pastry Puffs, filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries for a perfect dessert treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut puff pastry into squares and place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with the beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Slice each pastry in half and fill with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
