- 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut puff pastry into squares and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Slice each pastry in half and fill with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra sweetness, drizzle with chocolate sauce or honey before serving.
